Tariff

Low season - January, February, November & December (excluding Christmas and New Year)

Mid Season -  March, April, May & October

High Season - June, July, August & September

Included in the above rates - Bed and breakfast based on 2 people sharing.  All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.  25% discount for single occupancy of double room.  Children are welcome and under the age of 3 sharing their parents room stay free of charge, over the age of 3 are charged at 20% of the room rate.

Booking Terms

A deposit of 50% will be required to confirm your booking.  If cancellation of your room is received within 5 days of arrival, your deposit will not be refundable if the room cannot be re-let. If we are able to re-let your cancelled room, we will be delighted to offer a full refund of your deposit.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted with the exception of AMEX and Diners Club.

A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during the high season, 2 nights in mid season.  Bank holidays are a minimum stay of 3 nights.  Exceptions may be made for last minute or during initial opening period.

A well-behaved dog is welcome in rooms 8 or 9 at a surcharge of £15 per night.
